Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals and are often known as body experts. They are trained with specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms of illness, injury or disability. The goal of physiotherapy is to empower, promote independence and improve the quality of life for British Columbians across all ages and abilities.

The physiotherapists at the Compassion Centre keep up to date on the latest research and are experts at all the techniques to treat, equip, and engage you in the process. Our physiotherapists work with you to customise a treatment plan based on your individual needs that addresses the root cause of the condition, and by providing treatment in the form of manual therapy, exercise prescription, physical modalities, lifestyle modification and education. The benefits of these treatments are to decrease pain, improve function and optimize performance. Our physiotherapists are passionate about their work and strive to achieve the best outcomes possible. All of our Physiotherapists are registered with the College of Physiotherapists of BC.

Good quality physiotherapy care can have profound effect on your condition and can help you achieve the quality of life that you desire.
